cfdisk: fix menu behavior after writing changes

Florian wrote:
  after a successful write, cfdisk remains on the "Write" cursor and
  furthermore when navigating to "Quit" will continue to  show
  "...without writing changes", despite there were writes. This patch
  addresses that.
